REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • If you change your mind about your piece, Adorn Addict will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost , or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. 
  • To organise a return, please email our customer care team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. 
  • Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. We will not accept any pieces when:
    • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
    • If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
    • If the piece is custom made
    • If the piece is a solid ring
    • If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above.
  • Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs.
  • ┬áThese charges differ by country and Adorn Addict is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur.
  • We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Adorn addict will charge you postage.
  • Adorn Addict is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
  • Adorn Addict is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Adorn Addict is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
  • Adorn Addict will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25.
  • Adorn Addict holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.
