If you change your mind about your piece, Adorn Addict will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost , or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece.
To organise a return, please email our customer care team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number.
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. We will not accept any pieces when:
A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
If the piece is custom made
If the piece is a solid ring
If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above.
Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs.
These charges differ by country and Adorn Addict is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur.
We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees.
If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Adorn addict will charge you postage.
Adorn Addict is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
Adorn Addict is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Adorn Addict is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
Adorn Addict will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25.
Adorn Addict holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.
